Did either services or facilities not meet with your expectations or agreements? The Ombudsman's office is the «listening ear» for hotel guests in Switzerland. It deals with enquiries and complaints about the entire Swiss hotel industry and is free for guests and hoteliers.

The Ombudsman's office is there for guests and hoteliers - as an independent and neutral place - offering advice and mediation.

  • The Ombudsman's office deals with inquiries and complaints in connection with the entire Swiss hotel industry, including hotels which are not members of hotelleriesuisse.
  • The Ombudsman's office is reachable by telephone each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, via the telephone number +41 31 941 00 30.
  • Complaints which require contact with the hotel are to be submitted in writing.
  • The services are free for both guests and hoteliers.
